I don't have a lot of play time in this game, about 60 hours and only level 21, so I haven't seen end-game yet. I've seen a large sniper rifle depicted in the loading screens between zones, but the loading screens never say much about what it's name is, and it looks very similar to the Anti-materiel rifle we had in Fallout New Vegas.
